The Role
Your role will be to promote Fujitsu brand document scanners, Sanje Software solutions to the business market in Sri Lanka. The ideal candidate’s must be good team players who should able to creatively market our products and offerings in very competitive, dynamic and challenging environment.

The Individual
- Within the age group of 18-30 years
- Excellent communication skills in Sinhala and English.
- Professional qualifications in CIM/SLIM would be an added advantage

Junior Project Manager - BPO Operations

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning
- Project Communication
- Project Monitoring & Control
- Managing a diverse set of talented professionals within the team
- Manage the relationship with the customers to ensure that the strategic objectives of a project, both the customer and for Sanje, are met

Competencies:
- A degree in Information Technology or Business Administration (preferably with a project management component).
- Excellent command of English both written and spoken.
- Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
- Ability to interact with both colleagues and clients at all hierarchical levels.
- Competency in project management tools, techniques and practices.
- Project Management qualifications would be an advantage.
