Junior Project Manager - BPO Operations

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning
- Project Communication
- Project Monitoring & Control
- Managing a diverse set of talented professionals within the team
- Manage the relationship with the customers to ensure that the strategic objectives of a project, both the customer and for Sanje, are met

Competencies:
- A degree in Information Technology or Business Administration (preferably with a project management component).
- Excellent command of English both written and spoken.
- Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
- Ability to interact with both colleagues and clients at all hierarchical levels.
- Competency in project management tools, techniques and practices.
- Project Management qualifications would be an advantage.
